Delivery information

NISSA products can be shipped anywhere in the world. NISSA reserves the right to confirm the orders before honoring them, by contacting you via email.

Delivery is made through UPS courier service.

Shipping fees will be communicated to you by email.

Delivery Time

4-7 working days (within the E.U.). For other countries, estimated delivery time will be communicated to you by email.

Important Information

1. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
2. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
3. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
4. We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit or you can choose another courier company, no POST.
